ONBOARD MEMORY. IS THERE ANY WAY TO IDENTIFY WHICH MEMORY CHIP FAILED?

Hi:
Unfortunately, the problem is much worse than figuring out what memory chip went bad.
Since your notebook comes with 16 GB of onboard memory, the motherboard would have to be replaced in order to fix the problem.
Onboard memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be removed or replaced.

Unfortunately, there is no one here that would be able to help you identify which bank of onboard memory has failed.
Here is a copy and paste of the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number, which the forum rules of participation prohibit anyone from posting...

Thanks for your prompt replies. One last question, Do you know if there is any information that maps addresses to a chip. I have run memory tests from usb which gives me address errors. However I can not tell me which address is in which chip.
