laptop battery replacement compatibility

Hello

I have a URGENT quesion regarding the battery replacement for my HP 15-bs168cl.  The batter that is currently in my model is the HP  19700-850 JC03.  This is a 3 cell LIon and runs at 11.1V.  

Almost all the replacement batteries are 4-cell part# 919701-850 running at 14.1 V. My question is:

CAN I USE THIS JC04  4-CELL battery at 14.1V  in my laptop without ruining the circuitry and main board ?

According to chapter 3, page 21 of the service manual, two batteries are supported:

4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 919701-850

3-cell, 31-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 919700-850 or 919700-851

THANK YOU, sir!    Yes, that confirms what i found out as well.  I called HP Support and spoke to AI Chat GPT, and they said that the motherboard is configured to run on both 11.1 and 14.1 V without frying the whole laptop. So i went ahead and bought an OEM HP Battery  919701-850   cell unit, NO AMAZON CHEAP CHINA CRAP. This should be great as it has more power and will last longer

I went ahead and ordered an OEM #919701-850  HP 4-cell 14V battery yesterday on eBay.  

I have another question.  I need a new palm rest for my HP15-168CL laptop.  The hinge mounting bosses are completely broken on the RH side.( Due to closing the lid with a pencil  in the  area !!) 

The problem is trying to locate a replacement OEM HP part!!    I located the part number for a palmrest/ lighted keyboard, and it's 925011-001.  I checked the HP parts store,e and they don't have it anymore.   My question  is :

1.)  Where should I look for a replacement palmrest

2. )   Is there off off-brand part that I should NOT purchase (i.e., cheap China stuff)

The only suggestion I can offer would be to do a search on eBay by the HP part number.

You may even want to look into a 'parts only' 15-bs168cl notebook.
