Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to replace battery in my HP Envy X360 15-AQ100NA.  The battery is about 3 years old and is out of warranty.  The laptop suits my needs and does not need replacing yet.  The HP website keeps redirecting me to the home page.  I got through on the phone only to be told that "the system was down and someone would call me back...", that was 2 days ago.

Is there a direct email for customer services or support who may be able to advise me on cost etc for, what should be, a simple procedure?

you need MB04XL Battery for HP ENVY X360

you can find at amazon etc...

the best way to know part number replacment battery is to check hp label on the current battery "replace with hp part number"

I wasn't sure which battery I need, also a bit wary of opening up the laptop myself, but will give it some thought especially as I'm not getting anywhere with official support channels.
