My laptop fan is running very fast and loud in random intervals. this behavior started after i upgraded to an ssd and an additional ram. started out with random intervals but now the fan spins constantly, i am not running any heavy tasks.
Things I tried:
1. Updating Bios
2. installing all drivers.
3. sure i did not mess up any fan related wires when opened the laptop to upgrade.
4. restarting
should i open this up again and clean the fan? i don't know how. Please let me know any solution,

I opened the laptop bottom yesterday night, had a look at the internals, everything seemed fine, not a lot of dust inside the cooling fan, still cleaned it. installed the battery. turned on the laptop, the fan started spinning dangerously fast, very loud. i just turned the laptop off thinking something might blow up. anyway i thought of trying with a new fan but i don't have one. so i might have to take my laptop to a repair facility. i always fear if they will steal my originals parts and replace with lowend parts. steal data from hdd. or what not. they say they don't repair the laptop in front of me. i guess this is my OCD?
But today morning i took readings from speedfan. i noticed cpu temp was normal around 45 to 52 C. GPU temp was none. but the fan(fan 1) speed was at 2100 RPM without running any applications, but after i started android studio IDE and emulator fan speed came around 3000 and after some time came low to 2000. i dont know if this is normal? is this normal?
