Sorry, but HP does not list single keys in the illustrated parts list.
If you sent the laptop to an HP Service Center they would replace the keyboard/top enclosure.
Your best option would be to replace the keyboard with one matching the language of the one that is installed.

Keyboard/top cover: For a detailed list of country codes, see Keyboard/top cover on page 61. (replace the -xx1 with the country code matching your choice and the appropriate color)
