Hi, my laptop keyboard area is being lifted from its position when adjusting the screen angle. when you move the screen backwards and forwards, there is a loud clicking noise and the base of the laptop where the keyboard area is, is being lifted from its position. you have to manually push down the 2 corners to try and click back into place and make sure everything is lined up so you can plug back in the power connector etc.
is this a known issue with the larger screen sizes? any way of fixing this?
thanks

We'll need a model number or product ID to see which laptop you have, but it sounds like the hinges are starting to break off from the top cover. Depending on what's wrong, new hinges and a new top cover/keyboard, teardown and install at a minimum.
