Two out of three times I close my laptop and open it later my keyboard is lock up. Nothing responds just like it was in tablet mode. Sometimes I can run my hand across all the keys and it will eventually free up, but most of the time I have to reboot from the touch screen. Everything else work OK. Does anyone else have this problem??????

Were there any liquid spills or damage that happened to the computer?
Please update the bios and see how it goes. Click here
If that does not help, run the test on the keyboard by following the document here.
