so as you can see my laptop is quite damaged. i was wondering where i should go for a fix?

Sorry, but you've got a couple of different serious issues to address.

 

First, HP is not a repair facility -- they don't repair damaged equipment.  They will service equipment that is still under warranty but that is only if there is a defect causing the equipment to fail.  Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty terms, so they don't do service for that.

 

Second issue is that while HP provide a worldwide contact page, the link for Australia is essentially  a waste of time as it sends you in circles.  You can check this for yourself to see:   http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

 

So, my advice, since you would have to pay dearly to have the laptop repaired, is to check out local alternatives and see what estimates they will provide you.
