I have bought a laptop and is stopped working within 3 months of the purchase. and i have handed the latop to be fixed since it is within warranty and its been a month since the laptop was handed to HP service center and I still dont have a response from your team.
Such a pathetic service you guys have. If you dont have a part you should replace the laptop and hand over to the customer with the new laptop. I am giving below a service number for your reference

Hey @kiran_thota, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the service center, it's quite rare we get such comments rest assured I'll have this elevated to the concerned team on high priority, however, the reference number you've shared doesn't help much, if you have a case ID you can share that in DM, as that would contain your personal information and we respect your privacy here at HP.
If there's no case ID, please share your registered email ID with us in private, so we can help you out.
