Welcome to our HP User Forum!
According to UserBenchmark: HP Laptop 15-da0xxx Compatible Components, HP Laptop 15-da0xxx's with HP 84A6 or HP 84A7 motherboards can be fitted with 8th generation i7-8550U or i5-8250U, among other 7th and 8th gen Intel processors.
Please type in System Information in your Windows search bar, and left-click on the System Information App. Find "BaseBoard Product" and locate the number provided to the right, and let me know what it says.
Hope this was helpful.

@togaininfo wrote:... i know in order to do that you have to upgrade the mother bord all together,
You are right, you have to buy a whole SYSTEM BOARD which contains
(a) Motherboard,
(b) CPU with integrated video,
(c) Dedicated Video card (if applicable),
(d) Operating system (you can't reuse old license).
All above 3 or 4 components are on one piece of hardware called System board. That means you would be able to upgrade to other CPU (if available) but very expensive.
If you wish to go ahead, please use a list on page 72 of the following manual
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06691790.pdf
This upgrade would be very expensive. Saving money to buy a new one is much better.

Indeed, replacement motherboards for your HP 15-da0xxx laptop are -as @banhien correctly observed, very expensive. For example, as per https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-da0000-laptop-pc/20395828/model/23115028/document/c065187..., the L35243-601 motherboard option, which has the Intel Core i7-8565U processor with Nvidia MX130 4 GB of discrete graphics memory fitted, goes for $649 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/255154285085?epid=24049759353&hash=item3b68616a1d:g:bkcAAOSwU5JhUtSn&amdata..., or cheaper for $354 via AliExpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256803910000009.html?gatewayAdapt=4itemAdapt .
These motherboards can be fitted with at least 2 x 8GB of RAM, and some Intel Core i7-8550U Users have shown they can fit 2 x 16GB (Crucial CT16G4SFD824A.C16FN 2x16GB) RAM on these motherboards running at 2400 MHz: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/42923651.
However, you can purchase considerably cheaper upgraded motherboards such as an L20369-601 fitted with the Intel i5-8250U without the added embedded discrete graphics chip -instead using the i5-8250U integrated UHD Graphics 620 for $172 as seen here, for example: L20369-601 GENUINE HP MOTHERBOARD INTEL I5-8250U 15-DA 15-DA0014DX (A)(AB58)* 5056570091493 | eBay. Here is one user with this motherboard + 16 GB of RAM: HP Laptop 15-da0xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark.
Etc.
