Product: Hp 14-cf0012sx

I bought this laptop in September 2019.  Under normal use the left mouse key broke and is kind of sunk in.  You can tell the tab is broken on at least one side.  Hp 14-cf0012sx laptop

 

I am using the laptop for grad school.

This is a hardware issue with the mouse key, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for further assistance.
