Hey Community ,

I have been looking battery replacement for My device HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0x27AX 
I have been looking into whole internet to get the original replacement because in the local market i dont trust with part and on the service center they said they dont have replacement rigth now they are trying selling me local brand 

Any suggestions where i can find the original battery replacement

Go to the site below and put in your serial number and look for the battery part number

You can identify the battery you are currently have with a battery report or by using HP Support Assistant.

You run the battery report by bringing up the administrator command windows "cmd" and running powercfg/batteryreport as shown below

After entering that explorer line you should see something like the following. You will have to click on it as it is long

You can use the WindowsKey + shift + S to copy and paste a small image if you have a question about it..

There should be a serial number displayed if the battery is genuine.

 

How old is the battery as it should last about 4-5 years.  Have you run a battery calibration?
