Its specs

        https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c07918028

It has  Realtek RTL8821CE-M 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo adapter. It actually came with Windows 11 Home. Did you downgrade it to Windows 10 ? Please click      Detect my drivers     on the following link

              https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-17.3-inch-laptop-pc-17-c1000/2100852827

Or download and install the following drivers

Hi, @Alcwj

You probably need this driver for one of the PCI devices:

Realtek Card Reader Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112501-113000/sp112723.exe

For the Fn keys see if this software works:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101501-102000/sp101543.exe

After you install the Realtek card reader driver, please post the hardware ID for the remaining PCI device, so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

You're very welcome.

You need this driver for the hardware ID you posted in your screenshot.
