Hello!, recently i was just doing the usual laptop routine (work & some light gaming) then turned off my laptop and when i booted it up again my m.2 ssd disappeared, it's not detected even on device manager then i got these other devices errors (check image)
as per windows update, i don't need/have one. i've already tried to unmount/remount my m.2 ssd still the problem persist. (the m.2 ssd is still healthy/working good last time i checked with crystal disk info)

Hi:
Your M.2 SSD would be listed under the Disk drives device manager category.
Seems like you lost a bunch of drivers somehow.
These drivers should install most of the missing devices:
Intel Chipset Installation Utility Install this driver first and restart the PC:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe
Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95216.exe
Alcor Micro Card Reader Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96445.exe

thank you for the response Paul, are those drivers the latest ones too? I've checked with hp assistant and all of my drivers are up to date it says.
update/edit:
I've installed the chipset utility & the framework drivers, it did correct some of the missing files/drivers but my ssd is still hidden/deactivated according to device manager.

You're very welcome.
Yes, those are the latest drivers HP has for what I gave you to install.
Please post the hardware ID for the PCI device, so I can figure out what driver it needs.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)
The IBT USB filter:
I found this topic on another forum for the first device...
IBtUsb_Filter_00 Solved - Windows 10 Forums (tenforums.com)
I have zipped up and attached the driver referenced in that discussion below.
Download and unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the drivers in the folder.
Go to the device manager, click on the IBtUsb_Filter_00 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab, click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.

Sorry that the BT device didn't install.
I won't be able to help you with that any further.
See if this discussion gets the Alcor Micro SD card reader driver to install. I don't know why the driver I gave you didn't work because it was the same driver:
PCI Device driver - HP Support Community - 8111079
The hardware ID you posted is included in the driver setup information file as shown in this partial copy and paste.
%AMPCIECR% = DriverInstall_6625, PCI\VEN_1AEA&DEV_6625&CC_FF00

Is it connected?
Hidden devices are usually not installed/connected.
Your screenshot shows two drives not connected.
If it is, I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem either.
It should be showing up like the other 1 TB SSD.
