i just bought my laptop. i try to upgrade my laptop with m.2 ssd but when i open the back cover, i see no screw at the m.2 ssd slot. does the screw come when i buy m.2 ssd ? or manufacturer accidently miss my screw?

You are talking about the one directly above the far right side of the battery? Generally the screw is there even on models that come without an M.2 disk but if yours is missing there is nothing to do but find and buy a screw and a screw will not be included with an M.2 disk that you might buy. 

 

Here's 3 screws on ebay for $4 shipped:

Yes all M.2 screws are the same

just the 2mm x 3mm machine screw is $.43 for a package of two at Home Depot.  Phillips head.  I used a Phillips "0" screwdriver with a magnet on the shaft.
