Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

       I understand that some of the HP Envy laptops can be upgraded to 32GB, despite the manual stating 16gb is the max. As I am currently running up against that memory limit, I'd like to understand if my specific model can be, even unofficially? Can anyone help with this? Thanks!
