Hi,
There is such a slot on the motherboard that I have drawn in red. I think this is the Wwan entrance. Can Msata ssd be inserted as 2nd disk in this entry?

It is for a WWAN. The Service Manual does not mention placing an mSATA mSSD in the slot.
Probably nobody would think a user would want an mSATA mSSD when there is an M.2 slot that can accept an NVME M.2 SSD. I think there is a decent chance it would work and can do no harm in trying, but there is not going to be an official pronouncement from HP as they just did not design it for this use.
