machine falling apart

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is falling apart, I've had it just over a year and the bodywork is not fit for purpose. I bought the product on the internet through Curry's retailing service and collected it from the Curry's shop in Broadmead, Bristol, UK. Also I registered the product on Feb 9th 2019.

The back is detaching and is  loosening daily. I don't take it out, it just stays in my house and I'm the only one using it. The operating system is working perfectly to now, it is just the structure at fault.

A similar thing happeneded to my granddaughter's HP laptop just a few months ago.

Hi here is a oicture of my laptop, as you can see the keyboard is dislodging above the charging port as is the back just along from the charging port. Diane Karouilaptop.jpg
