Is it an HP Laptop 14-fq0038ca ? Its specs

It has  8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) and supports 16GB max. You can simply add SAME existing 8GB RAM to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM   https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct12586733

The crucial RAM is for HP laptop 14-cf0008ca which has three zeros on the product number and is an Intel Core model

 

But mine has only two zeros HP laptop 14-cf008ca and is an AMD Ryzen.

 

Will the same RAM work on both models?

Your Original subject : max RAM for laptop 14-fq0038a . Now you are saying it is 14-cf008ca.  I can't find 14-cf008ca anywhere.

 

What is its product number ? Please use the following way to find out (it should look like AAAAAA#AAA.
