Here is the Service Manual:
Two SODIMM slots - customer non-accessible/non-upgradeable DDR4-2133 Dual Channel Support (DDR4-2400 bridge to DDR4–2133) Supports up to 16GB max system memory
"How to" on p. 35. This is not an easy upgrade and supposed to only be done by HP technician but the instructions are there. Uses the newer DDR4 laptop memory which may not be available in some markets. Post back if you need more help.
