I need to change a failed ST1000LM014 hard disk. Does anyone know whether I can replace with a 2TB drive?

Envy D7-7334 is not a valid HP product name.
Take a look at the bottom of the notebook amongst the tiny letters and fin the ProdID.
Post the ProdID in your next reply in your thread.

Hi,
Yes, you can use a 2TB 2.5" SATA3 drive. Your PC supports max 12.7mm thickness drives, so a 2TB drive will be no problem.
Example:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LX13P71/ref=twister_B07HD2W8XL?_encoding=UTF8&th=1
On page 48 of the service manual you can see the steps to replace the drive:

you could also opt for a 2.5" SSD which would give some extra performance.
Hope it helps,
David
Please clcik on thumbs up for thanks
