"Memory integrity can be turned on in Windows Security settings and found at Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation details > Memory integrity."

When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.

Include the version of the installed operating system

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.

The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

If you can't log into Windows, look on the bottom of your notebook for that information.

If you have a desktop look at the rear of your PC

In hindsight, I'm sorry for not supplying the details of my computer.  I was just annoyed because I just bought it and put much time into it, but then I figured out that the computer is missing that hardware to begin with, so now I'm going to have to return it.

Sorry for the trouble, and thank you very much for reaching out to help.

"Memory integrity creates an isolated environment (e.g. a sandbox) using hardware virtualization. 3. Programs must pass code to memory integrity inside the sandbox for verification. It only runs if the memory integrity check confirms code safety"

It isn't a matter of missing hardware. It is just a setting in Windows, a bit like the sandboxing that Firefox and Chrome use.
