Thank you for your reply !!

 

Unfortunately  RAM cannot be upgraded. It's integrated memory. There are no DIMM slots to upgrade with.

 

Memory On-board system memory
DDR3L-1600MHz support


Supports up to 4-GB maximum on-board system memory For Touch
Supports up to 2-GB maximum on-board system memory For Nontouch

There are many different models in the hp stream notebook line.  Please give a model number and how much memory is installed now.
