Product: HP Dragonfly 13.5 inch G4 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Hi.
I have a Dragonfly g4 notebook and it worked without any problems.
After I install and upgrade some drivers and upgrade to Windows 11 23H2, I get a blue screen, and my system gets restarted.
When I test my hardware with benchmark software, I get a memory latency error. How can I fix this problem?
I think it is not a Hardware problem
when I test memory in UEFI get this failure id:
9sgfhh-bmgc2r-mfgjxg-404403
product id is:
6q261av
