is  their a video that shows my laptop and how to get the back off the right way to add a memory mod to my laptop (17-bs011dx). i have looked but found no videos with my model  in it.

HP 17 Laptop PCHP 17g Laptop PCHP 17q Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

I did find this step-by-step guide with pictures which would be the same procedure for your notebook.
