how much memory can I install in my laptop? i running some memory intensive cnc machines.

The maximum memory your PC can take is 16GB.

Hi if you check the Maintenance and service guide of your laptop you will see a section where it says, Not-customer accessible this means technically HP does not really want you opening it. So it is advisable that you should try not upgrading the RAM as it could cause damage to the PC. The RAM could be upgradable but it could damage your PC and I don't think your warranty may cover it.
