Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade memory from 4gb's to the max of 16gb I can only find memory slot under back cover, so will the laptop have to be disassembled to get to the second memory slot?

I'll give you a thumbs up. I know were one memory slot is located and that is under the back cover but I'm guessing the second one is located were I'm not supposed to find that's why the manual refers to a tech.
