Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp17-g121wm running 64- windows 10 with 1 (8gb} memory module, how much more can be added and what type? 

I like playing online games such as war dragons and raid shadow legends that use quite a bit of memory. Even with 8g's the games sometimes bog down due to the need for more ram!

It has 8GB DDR3L SDRAM (2 DIMM) - both slots are occupied.  You can upgrade to 16GB (max) using compatible RAM such as
