@JULIA8988,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

According to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06325923.pdf, and: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-stream-14-ds0xxx-models, you can upgrade your HP Stream Laptop 14-ds0xxx single RAM slot to 1 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM stick. RAM speed will be downthrottled to 1866 MHz as per specifications.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

@JULIA8988,

And lest I forget, your HP Stream Laptop 14-ds0xxx is fitted with a fixed (non-upgradeable) 32 or 64 GB of eMMC memory module fitted on your system board: UserBenchmark: HP Stream Laptop 14-ds0xxx Compatible Components. Only option to access more storage is by plugging in a memory flash drive or external USB storage (SSD) device.

Kind Regards,
