Hi:

You need to manually install the W7 chipset driver from your notebook's support page.

Download and run this file.  It is highly unlikely the auto install will install the driver.

This package provides the NVIDIA Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45290.exe

If the driver did not install, go to the device manager, click on the coprocessor device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp45290.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.
