i need to find out what usb ports on this pc will allow me to plug in an adapter that will allow me to plug in a vga monitor and the lan cable? yes it has the lan port however if i can connect an adapter to one of the usb ports for the vga i may also be able to use that same adapter for the lan and then get the cables a bit out of the way. so will this pc work with one of those adapters for connecting a monitor and maybe the lan? and also have  few more usb ports for things like the mouse and speakers if i ever get some that have the usb plug. now i have the round plug that will fit the headphone port but again if one of those usb adapters may have that port also it will help clean up the cables along the side of the pc.

thanks i'm trying to be able to connect a monitor and the network cable to this pc thru a hub/dock what ever you want to call one. i will check out the link and see if that looks like it will work.   i went to the specs pag and it tells me the usb-s and the usb port all do this but the hub i go seems to not connect thru the usb-c port. i posted a photo and it is possible that hub/dock is not correct for any pc.  thanks

 

ok i see it and it looks like it will do the job but tell me how do i connect it?    i see some on ebay and they have 2 usb ports on the back side so would i connect both of those ports to this pc the hp 14.dk1035wm pc ? 

so will this one work on my laptop? and will it also work on other hp laptops? i want to get one for the wife that has the number pad on it she likes that type.  but if this ebay port replicator works on my hp 14-dk1035wm laptop then i will get one. thanks.
