I currently have a 8gb stick of ram in my computer and was wondering if it was possible to change it or add another stick of ram?

Thank you very much for your reply.It says the ram is non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable, but I do not see that statement under the graphics section, does that mean I can replace the graphics card?

You're very welcome.

 

The 'non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable' statement means HP wants customers to have any upgrades performed by an authorized service center.

 

If you feel that you can upgrade the memory yourself after reading the memory removal and replacement procedures in chapter 5 of the service manual without breaking anything in the process, feel free to do so.

 

The graphics adapter is an integral part of the motherboard. 

 

The only way to upgrade the graphics adapter would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of the service manual that may come with better graphics.
