Anything that is going to fit is not any newer than your hardware just was higher end stuff at the time yours was made.
Here's the Manual for the high end version of your model, which is the low-end Celeron version.

This would be the best motherboard:
HM55 HDMI Discrete system board (for models 1.0 and 1.1 only) 595183-001
You will need this fan and heatsink, as well:
Discrete systems 595833-001
Your chassis may not have openings for all the ports on the upgraded motherboard like HDMI so you may need to dremel out an opening.
