Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

my laptop suddenly blank out and the lights are on but a few seconds after a beef comes on. now I decided to change the motherboard but I am not an expert on computers,my question is compatibility. my original motherboard part number is

434722-001, would PN 434723-001  is suitable replacement?. can anyone please suggest a replacement?, your help will be greatly appreciated

Nope, socket looks different. This one will fit.
