Your machine is an HP ENVY - 13-ah0002nx. Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06073762
It has
- Intel® Core™ i7-8550U (1.8 GHz base frequency, up to 4 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 8 MB cache, 4 cores)
- 16 GB LPDDR3-2133 SDRAM (onboard)
- NVIDIA® GeForce® MX150 (2 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
- Windows 10 Home 64
Very interesting, HP removed manuals for the ah0xxx machines and now only manual for ah1xxx machines
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-13-ah0000-laptop-pc-series/20283122/manuals
therefore you have to use parts of the ah1xxx series.
Using table on page 34 of the following manual
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06139858.pdf
You need part # L30287-601 (close to your machine) which contains
- Intel Core i7-8565U 1.80-GHz quad core processor (2400-MHz FSB, 8.0-MB L3 cache, 15.0-W),
- an NVIDIA N17S-LG GeForce MX150 (256-MB×32, 2 pieces) GDDR5 graphics subsystem with 2048-MB video memory,
- 16-GB of system memory,
- and the Windows 10 operating system
Regards.

i find online 13-a0000x manual

so is it L19494-601?
if yes , do you know how i can get it ? i don't find it on google
also if i don't find L19494-601 , can i replace it with L30287-601 even it's i7-8565U ?

The life of the series ah0xxx was very short and the board is N/A
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L19494-601
Because now HP lists series ah0xxx under series ah1xxx therefore the board must be same physical size also N/A
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L30287-601
and I can't find it anywhere
Note: You have to pay for everything (CPU, TAM, video, Windows) and the cost could be very high. People normally buy a new machine.

i can't use old one ?
Firstly RAM, not TAM - sorry, my typos.
No, you can't reuse them because ALL of them are on ONE piece of hardware called system board. They are soldered together including 16GB of RAM.
