I want to know the specifications of my hp pavilion laptop 15-cc 129tx. I know the model number of my motherboard but I couldn't get the manual of the motherboard(model number:83F9). If anyone has manual or can help me in getting it please leave a reply.

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have Intel® Core™ i5-8250U (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 3.4 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) installed on the PC. see the below configuration.
