I have HP Mouse X4000B, and already use it around 10 months. Today, after work, I tried to turn on and somehow it doesn't move even when I change pair from my Laptop to my Smartphone, no movement at all. It can clicked though. Does anyone face this problem before? I really need help

@diakbar
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you tried updating the Bluetooth drivers?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Updating Bluetooth device from device manager, Press and hold the windows+X key to the pen device manager.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

already tried that but no luck. i tried my friend's mouse on my laptop its move normally, so i think it's not the windows/OS/driver. I already tried connecting X4000B on my Android Phone via bluetooth, still it cannot be move and only can right/left click. Poorly its age only less then 1 year. Please if my mouse can be repaired or not. My location is at Jakarta, Indonesia, is there any HP Service Center for repairing X4000B at Jakarta ?
