@abcd123463319, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding RAM issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your issue is related to an HP device, it sounds like you might be experiencing a problem with your computer's RAM slots. Here are some generic troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Check Compatibility: Ensure that the RAM you are installing is compatible with your motherboard. Consult your device documentation or manufacturer's website for supported RAM types and capacities.

Inspect the RAM Modules: Remove the RAM from the slot and inspect it for physical damage or dust. Clean the contacts gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Test the RAM in Different Slots: Try inserting the RAM module into different slots to check if the issue is with the RAM module itself or the slot.

Update BIOS: Ensure that your system's BIOS is updated to the latest version, as compatibility issues can sometimes be resolved with an update.

Check for Loose Connections: Ensure that the RAM is seated correctly in the slot. Sometimes, even slight misalignments can cause the system not to detect the RAM.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
