Hi, my DVD-RAM cant read disks anymore, i run windows 10 latest version. pls help me for troubleshooting

It looks like a hardware issue, I recommend you to contact phone support to check the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.
Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the DVD drive is not reading DVDs.

- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

thanks for help
1. i use dvd driver very less, i think a few week ago dvd driver was normal
2. no
3. no
i followed the steps here and my dvd driver still cant read any Disk
1. i tried reinstalling DVD driver in Device manager
2. i tried command prompt for opening DVD directory but at Figure 5: List Volume after typing drive letter i receive this erorr: The device is not ready

I recommend you to run a test on the DVD drive to make sure the hardware is fine.
Follow the steps in the below article to run the test.

I used HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI for testing Optical Drive but it cant read disks, i tried CD and DVD. everytime i received this message: "Please insert optical media for read testing".
maybe Laser is dead, this is possible ? (is laser, right ?)
