@AKA1212, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your GPU fan noise. While I can provide general advice, please note that specific hardware issues, especially those beyond basic troubleshooting, might need professional assistance.

Check for Blockages: Ensure there are no blockages in the fan area that could obstruct airflow.

Clean the Fans Thoroughly: Even though you have cleaned the fans, ensure that there is no dust accumulation in less visible areas. Use compressed air to clean around the fan blades gently.

Check Fan Bearings: If the bearings in the fan are faulty, it might cause noise. This typically requires replacement of the fan.

Fan Control Software: Consider using fan control software to adjust the fan speed manually. This might help in reducing noise if the fan is spinning unnecessarily fast.

Inspect GPU Settings: Update your graphics drivers and explore the GPU settings to ensure the fan is not running at full speed without cause.

Check for Hardware Faults: It's possible that the fan or GPU might have a hardware fault. If under warranty, consider reaching out for warranty service.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
