My laptop just all of a sudden the other day stop recognizing the charger and i tried everything i could think of from this site and other suggestions. I know the charger is good because i tried it on other thing, however i purchased a new charger and the same thing. the laptop will eventually start charging when it reaches a critical low of 2% but will only charge up to 35% and then stop charging.
is there anyone that might have suggestions or has experienced this same situation. I can't use my lap[top- because of this issue so i will thank you in advance for your help to get me up and running again.

Hello JEFFREYS2, how are you ?
Let's try an electrical reset, to check if we can restore the equipment.
1 - Remove the power cable
2 - Press the on/off button for 1 min
3 - Insert the power cable in laptop charging to 10 minutes.
4 - And turn it on.
Aplly test in battery check :

Hello,
Wow, what a shame!
This would be one of the resources that could help, but unfortunately we were unable to do so.
See if a technical representative can support you.
