Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Notebook 15-dy1043dx.

it doesn't turn on.

power supply is working fine, I changed with another one identically and problem persist.

when I turn the laptop on, the only signal that I see is a blinking led that is in the "Caps lock key".

it is blinking with the following pattern:

1. it blinks three times fast

2. wait for about 1 second

3. Then blinks two times faster

4. Wait for about 3 seconds

then re-start blinking (step 1), this is a continuous blinking pattern.

and it is the only "vital signal" of my Laptop.

 

how can I buy extended warranty for an out of warranty laptop like this one?
