I have the HP Notebook - 15q-bu020tu. I want to upgrade my laptop. so, I ordered Western Digital WD SN550 500GB NVMe Internal SSD and I install SSD into the laptop. the laptop will not power on. after I remove the SSD from the laptop will power on and works properly. I want to know if the following SSD is compatible with my device or not. otherwise, I need to change any BIOS Setting. please, Someone, guide me on this issue it will very helpful for me.

Hi:
The reason the WD blue SN550 SSD doesn't work is because it is a NVMe SSD, and your notebook's M.2 slot only supports SATA SSD's.
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types...
