my HP Pavillion Aero 13.3" laptop the battery drains completely within a week even when its shutdown, can someone or @HP help?

Since your laptop is from the 2021 market year, the battery is probably near end of service life.
I suggest running the HP PC Diagnostic component test for the battery.
Plug in the power adapter and press the power button and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the Diagnostics.
Windows Battery report while logged into Windows will give you a better picture of the condition of your laptop's battery.

Only use genuine HP batteries that have the HP part number and the HP logo on them.
Non-genuine (generic), ( i.e HT03XL) batteries are known to sometimes not work as expected because of their non standard programming of the internal BMS (battery management system) chip.
If you read through threads in the forum related to problems after battery replacement you will see many members who have used generic batteries complaining that they are not working as expected.
