my HP laptop 15-bs212wm keeps freezing and making a short buzz like clicking sound.

I was installing a VM and I enabled the VT in the BIos, and so after that I decided to install  'Nox' because I wanted to use 'Kinemaster' for editing videos and uploading them on YouTube And so I opened Nox and starting using it How ever it was very laggy and so i decided because it was very laggy I deleted Nox and disabled the VT inside the Bios, Ever since that day,     when ever I am in the middle of playing 'Roblox' or 'Space Engineers; My laptop would freeze for a couple of minutes and then when it unfreeze, I would hear a Short buzz sound Like is coming from On top of the number keypad on the top right underneath.

I do not know where to find the  Latest 2020 December DCH Graphic Driver 600, for my Laptop and so I decided to just download whatever shows up when I search them  on this website. 

their was a time where I would be playing Space engineers and when ever I am in the middle of uploading and pasting a ship, I the game would freeze up or crash and a box would pop up saying       

"This game has crash due to the graphic driver crashing or overheating or multifunctioning, please update your graphic

driver".     and that what I did and instead of getting that error, the game would admit the crash. and so now all their is left is the laptop freezing and Unfreezing following with a short buzz like click.
