Hi @Amar_09 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the fan or its connection after you cleaned it. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Recheck the Cleaning: Make sure that there is no dust or debris left in the fan. If there is any obstruction, it can cause the fan to make noise or work improperly. Use a can of compressed air to blow out any remaining dust.

Check the Fan Blades: Inspect the fan blades for any damage. If the blades are bent or broken, it can cause imbalance and noise. If you find any issues, you may need to replace the fan.

Reconnect the Fan: Ensure that the fan is properly connected to the motherboard. If the connection is loose, it can result in intermittent functioning and errors. Turn off your laptop, unplug it, and carefully reseat the fan connector.

Update or Reinstall Drivers: Sometimes, issues with the fan can be related to drivers. Ensure that you have the latest drivers for your laptop. You can visit the HP support website to download and install the latest drivers for your specific model.

Check BIOS Settings: Access the BIOS settings and check if there are any options related to fan control or monitoring. Resetting the BIOS settings to default can sometimes resolve hardware-related issues.

Hardware Diagnostics: Run hardware diagnostics to check for any issues with the fan or other components. HP laptops often have built-in diagnostics tools that can be accessed during the boot process.

Temperature Monitoring: Install a temperature monitoring tool to check if the fan is responding appropriately to changes in temperature. This can help you identify whether the fan is functioning as intended.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
