HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My battery is showing "x" symbol while charging and going to powersaving mode when it is not plugged in. Keyboard is also not working. I have run hp hardware diagnostic and it failed on battery but my product's warranty expired. Please help me on this. Thanks in advance.

If that is the original battery, it means it should be replaced with a new one.

If the keyboard is not working, that is a different issue.

If the laptop has been opened and the keyboard stopped working after that, the keyboard ribbon connector and header at the system board should be inspected.

If there are scratches on the ribbon connector that would explain the non working.

I take it that you are using an external keyboard now.

The laptop keyboard can be replaced if the system board keyboard connectors are not damaged.
