Without any context or information about the mystery computer, one guess is that you are running HP Support assistant.

If yes...

The HP Support Assistant app cannot correctly detect your Operating System / version OR perhaps Windows 11 is not supported so the HPSA is just wrong. 

 

Apps and Programs are only as good as the code that guides them -- they are not AI and they cannot understand anything outside of their written instructions.  If anything is missing, different, or not included, results can vary from weird, to questionable, to just wrong for the situation.

 

If you don't want to -- or should not -- install something, don't do it.

Ignore the wrong bits.
