I went to load a dvd into the drive and it fell off the spindle and is stuck in front of the optical drive but when I shake the unit it wont come out.

Hi,
Can you provide the exact model or product number of your AIO, there are a few snow-white models in different series.

Can you see the Disk or has it fallen into the actual enclosure of the PC? Is it stuck in the drive§? What do you mean by shake?
