my hp victus laptop keyboard hew keys are not working "W S X 2" these are the keys. how to solve it

I have same problem using windows 11, Try this

 

1. Go to Settings Time & Language -> Language & Region

2. Click three dots ( ... ) and click Language options -> Add Keyboard

3.in my case, I add US Qwerty

 

My button is working again.
